Because our products are considered hygienic personal-use items, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances once an order has been processed or shipped.

By completing a purchase on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.

Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Review all product descriptions, lace selections, lengths, textures, and pricing prior to checkout

  • Ensure shipping and billing information is accurate and complete

  • Confirm understanding of processing and delivery timeframes

MilaLuxe is not responsible for incorrect selections made at checkout or orders shipped to addresses provided inaccurately by the customer.

Quality Assurance

We are committed to excellence. All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. As raw hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture, or pattern may occur and do not qualify as defects.

We genuinely want you to love your hair as much as we do. If you have concerns upon receiving your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [insert email] with clear photo and video evidence. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order with MilaLuxe, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to attempt resolution.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks — including claims filed after confirmed delivery, will be formally disputed with supporting evidence, including:

  • Order confirmation records

  • Shipping and delivery confirmation

  • IP address and payment verification

  • Customer agreement to our policies

MilaLuxe reserves the right to pursue recovery of lost merchandise, associated fees, and damages through legal means where necessary.
